- Respond to emergencies and support labor and delivery processes
- Manage patient documentation and medical records accurately
- Participate in hospital quality initiatives and protocols
- Cover assigned shifts holistically, ensuring seamless patient care and safety
- Valid medical license to practice in Arizona
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Prior hospitalist or OB/GYN experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible, 24-hour shifts
