Join one of the region's leading inpatient medicine teams and play a vital role in the care of hospitalized patients at Rochester General Hospital. As a Hospital Medicine Physician Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced physicians and multidisciplinary teams managing a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
STATUS: Full-Time
LOCATION: Rochester General Hospital
DEPARTMENT: Inpatient Medicine
SCHEDULE: Day/Evening/Night Rotating

PAY RANGE $100,000.00 - $150,000.00

What You'll Do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform admissions, rounding, discharge planning, and follow-up care
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment, and recovery
- Complete timely documentation and collaborate with consulting specialists
