Physician-led organization is actively recruiting for a Hospitalist to join their team in Des Moines, IA. Hospital is a 600+ bed state-of-the-art facility with a closed ICU and no procedures required by the hospitalist team. Average census of 14-16 patients per rounder. Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed salary based on an attractive incentive package.
