- Hourly Rate: $253.50 (regular), OT 1.3x, holiday 1.3x

What You ll Do
- Provide in-house coverage for obstetrics, gynecology, and emergency services during scheduled shifts
- Assist with cesarean deliveries and manage full-spectrum obstetric cases, including high-risk pregnancies
- Respond to first calls from the ER, floor, and triage, providing consults and support as needed
- Support other providers with gynecologic surgeries and procedures such as IUD insertions/removals, Pap smears, ultrasounds, and abnormal uterine bleeding management
- Collaborate with a team of residents, medical students, CNMs, and OB GYN colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care
- Cover emergency obstetric and gynecological cases, including preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, fetal anomalies, and postpartum care
- Participate in hospital protocol adherence as part of a multidisciplinary team
What You Need
Required:
- MD/DO, Board Certified or eligible (within 2 years) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Wisconsin medical license or eligible for IMLC
- DEA license, BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
- 1-3 years of obstetrics and gynecology experience, with high-volume delivery background preferred
Preferred:
- Experience with high-risk obstetrics, gynecologic surgeries, and emergency obstetric care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
