What You ll Do
  • Provide in-house coverage for obstetrics, gynecology, and emergency services during scheduled shifts
  • Assist with cesarean deliveries and manage full-spectrum obstetric cases, including high-risk pregnancies
  • Respond to first calls from the ER, floor, and triage, providing consults and support as needed
  • Support other providers with gynecologic surgeries and procedures such as IUD insertions/removals, Pap smears, ultrasounds, and abnormal uterine bleeding management
  • Collaborate with a team of residents, medical students, CNMs, and OB GYN colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Cover emergency obstetric and gynecological cases, including preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, fetal anomalies, and postpartum care
  • Participate in hospital protocol adherence as part of a multidisciplinary team

What You Need
Required:
  • MD/DO, Board Certified or eligible (within 2 years) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Wisconsin medical license or eligible for IMLC
  • DEA license, BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
  • 1-3 years of obstetrics and gynecology experience, with high-volume delivery background preferred

Preferred:
  • Experience with high-risk obstetrics, gynecologic surgeries, and emergency obstetric care
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
