Our physician-led hospital medicine group is seeking a full-time daytime Hospitalist Physician to join a growing hospital medicine program. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment while caring for a diverse inpatient population, with a predictable schedule and strong, growing compensation.
Position Highlights
• Full-time Hospitalist Physician - daytime shifts

• 7 days on / 7 days off schedule

• 12-hour day shifts

• $1,785 per shift, with a scheduled rate increase in 2028

• Program under a physician-owned and physician-led medical group

• Collaborative inpatient environment with strong specialist support
Qualifications
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active state medical license or eligibility for licensure
Compensation & Benefits
• Per-shift compensation model: $1,785/shift, with a rate increase scheduled for 2028

Physical Requirements
Mobility and Movement

• Standing and walking: approximately 75%-85% of the shift standing or walking

• Bending and reaching: frequently stoop, bend, kneel, and reach as needed

• Climbing: ability to climb stairs when necessary

• Lifting: ability to regularly lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds

Sensory and Environmental Requirements

• Vision: clear near and far vision and adequate depth perception

• Hearing: ability to hear and communicate effectively in a clinical environment
