What You ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists
- Oversee newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
- Provide expert pediatric consultations to the emergency department
- Supervise circumcisions and other pediatric procedures
- Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
- Foster a team environment focused on patient excellence and safety
What You Need
Required:
- Medical license in Ohio
- Board-certified/eligible in Pediatrics
- Previous pediatric hospitalist leadership experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in neonatal and NICU care
- Ability to participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives
