What You ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists
• Oversee newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
• Provide expert pediatric consultations to the emergency department
• Supervise circumcisions and other pediatric procedures
• Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
• Foster a team environment focused on patient excellence and safety

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Ohio
• Board-certified/eligible in Pediatrics
• Previous pediatric hospitalist leadership experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in neonatal and NICU care
• Ability to participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives
