Locum - Physician - Hospitalist - OB Opportunity in Mansfield, OH

We are currently seeking passionate and board-certified OB/GYN physicians for a per diem Hospitalist opportunity in Mansfield, Ohio. The role involves providing comprehensive hospital coverage, including OB triage, inpatient care, and delivery services at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour in-house shift coverage for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies.
• Manage OB/GYN emergency-department patients and conduct trauma evaluations of pregnant patients.
• Coordination of obstetric care and follow-up with patients.
• Engage in multidisciplinary OB critical care.
• Facilitate real-time communication with community OBs regarding triage visits, new issues, and deliveries.
• Support a cohesive group environment focused on collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN REQUIRED
• Active Ohio License or IMLC Eligible for Compact License PREFERRED
• Recent clinical experience in OB/GYN within the last 12 months REQUIRED
• Must have completed the Prescreen Questionnaire REQUIRED
• CV must be formatted in MM/YYYY with all gaps explained REQUIRED
• Must be available on specified dates across June, July, August, and September REQUIRED
• Clean background/malpractice for quick credentialing REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in OB/GYN REQUIRED
• Active Ohio Medical License or eligibility for Compact License PREFERRED
• Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days of submission REQUIRED
