Pediatric Hospitalist
- Provide inpatient pediatric hospitalist coverage
- Perform procedures as needed, including:
- Lumbar punctures
- Occasional internal jugular (IJ) line placement
- Collaborate with specialists and the interdisciplinary care team
- Shifts: (Nights) 7p-7a
- Patient Volume: Approximately patients per shift
- Active North Carolina license and North Carolina DEA are required at the time of presentation.
- Board Certified in Pediatrics
- PALS life support certification is required. NRP certified is preferred.
- EMR: Cerner
- No delivery coverage
- No circumcisions
- Level 3 NICU
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 Days
- Travel and lodging provided
- Malpractice Insurance provided
- $230/hr
