Job Details

We're looking for a caring, hands-on Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Owen, Wisconsin. This part-time role gives you schedule flexibility, a collaborative team environment, and a chance to positively impact the health and quality of life for post-acute and long-term care residents.

You'll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered care while providing clinical oversight and leadership at the facilities you're assigned to.

Other facility opportunities available in Florence, Kenosha, and Montello, Wisconsin. Additional nationwide openings exist in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee.

What the role looks like
  • Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities (typically 1-2 days per week at each site)
  • No fixed start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
  • Usual daily caseload of about 18-25 visits
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are welcome to apply
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation and communication

Qualifications
  • MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
