Job Details

Join a team committed to high-quality care for post-acute and long-term patients in Montello, Wisconsin. This part-time role delivers great scheduling flexibility and a collaborative environment-perfect if you want meaningful clinical work without the usual hospital hours. You'll provide medical leadership and hands-on care across local skilled nursing facilities, working closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure patient-centered treatment and smooth clinical oversight.

Typical schedule and practice details:
  • Part-time coverage, usually 1-2 days per week at each assigned facility
  • No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no call responsibilities
  • Average of 18-25 visits per day
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
  • Ideal for those seeking work-life balance; new graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

Additional facility opportunities are available in Florence, Kenosha, and Owen, WI. There are also openings nationwide in states including GA, KS, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, and TN.

Compensation and benefits:
  • Competitive pay with earning potential above industry standards
  • Up to $50,000 long-term retention incentive and performance-based bonuses
  • Paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision options
  • Employer-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability for eligible physicians
  • CME allowance, licensure reimbursement, and a professional lab coat provided

What we're looking for:
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
  • A compassionate approach and commitment to patient-centered care

If you want a flexible, impactful role caring for vulnerable patients while collaborating with a dedicated team, we'd love to hear from you.
