Seeking a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide clinical oversight and direct patient care at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Kenosha, WI, with additional facility opportunities in Florence, Montello, and Owen, WI. Nationwide openings also available in GA, KS, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, and TN.

Responsibilities
- Serve as attending physician for post-acute and long-term care patients.
- Partner with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and decision-making within assigned facilities.
- Complete daily patient visits and required documentation using company-provided iPad with LTE.
Schedule and Workload
- Part-time: physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week.
- No fixed start/end times, no call, no overnight shifts.
- Typical patient volume: 18-25 visits per day.
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure encouraged to apply.

Requirements
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
