This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, collaborative colleagues (including experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants), and the chance to provide meaningful clinical leadership and high-quality, patient-centered care in post-acute settings.

What you'll do
  • Provide clinical oversight and direct patient care at assigned skilled nursing facilities.
  • Partner with NPs and PAs to manage care plans, coordinate transitions, and guide on-site clinical teams.
  • Make timely, patient-focused decisions while supporting quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Where you could work
  • Local Illinois opportunities include Carlinville, Casey, Coulterville, Flanagan, Galesburg, Hillsboro, Marshall, Mascoutah, Paris, and Springfield.
  • Additional openings nationwide in IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, and WI.

Schedule & practice style
  • Part-time coverage-typically 1-2 days per week at each facility.
  • No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities.
  • Expect 18-25 patient visits per day.
  • A flexible schedule designed to support a strong work-life balance.
  • Company provides an iPad with LTE for efficient documentation.

Compensation & benefits
  • Competitive pay with earning potential above industry averages.
  • Up to $50,000 long-term retention incentive and a performance-based bonus program.
  • Paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for eligible physicians.
  • Employer-paid life insurance; short- and long-term disability for eligible physicians.
  • CME allowance, licensure reimbursement, company-provided iPad with LTE, and a professional lab coat.

Who we're looking for
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license-or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
  • Strong communicator with leadership ability and sound clinical judgment.
  • Committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.

New graduates who are board-eligible and actively working toward licensure are encouraged to apply. If you want a rewarding, flexible role where you can make a real difference in post-acute care, we'd love to hear from you.
