Join a growing post-acute care team in Burlington, VT, delivering facility-based inpatient care with a focus on recovery, continuity, and patient-centered medicine. This full-time role provides an exceptional work-life balance-Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with no weekends and no call. Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
• Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility for licensure; DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Preferred experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine
• Strong clinical judgment in managing medically complex patients
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
