Hospitalist job in Boston MA

Academic Community Hospital in Boston is seeking Locums Hospitalists to join a growing, collaborative team. We have openings for day and night coverage - including daytime rounders, admitters, and nocturnists - and offer the chance to work within an integrated care environment focused on quality, safety, and an excellent patient and clinical experience.

What you'll find:

• Competitive pay: $2,400 per 12-hour shift
• Flexible shift options: 7pm-7am, 7am-7pm, 7am-5pm, or 3pm-11pm
• Typical nocturnist workload: 6-8 admissions per night with cross-coverage responsibilities
• No procedures required
• Minimum commitment: 4 shifts per month
• EPIC EMR in use; prior EPIC experience preferred
• Credentialing timeline: approximately 60-90 days
• Preference for local and already-licensed candidates
