- Support residents and staff during high-volume delivery periods
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols
- Document and report all relevant clinical encounters accurately
- Respond to obstetric emergencies efficiently and professionally
- Valid medical license in California
- Certification in OB/GYN
- Proven experience in hospital-based obstetrics (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
