You'll provide hands-on oversight, partner with advanced practice clinicians, and help shape high-quality care in each assigned facility.

What the role looks like
  • Part-time coverage at local skilled nursing facilities, typically 1-2 days per week per facility.
  • No fixed daily start or end times, no call, and no overnight shifts.
  • Expect to see roughly 18-25 patients per day.
  • A flexible schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation.
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are welcome to apply.

Opportunities beyond Minnesota
  • Additional facility openings are available nationwide in GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO, OH, TN, and WI.

Compensation and benefits
  • Competitive pay with earning potential above industry benchmarks.
  • Up to $50,000 long-term retention incentive plus a performance-based bonus program.
  • Paid time off and 401(k) with employer matching.
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans for eligible physicians.
  • Employer-paid life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage for eligible physicians.
  • CME allowance and licensure reimbursement.
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE and a professional lab coat.

Qualifications we're looking for
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • A commitment to delivering respectful, patient-focused care.

If you're looking for a part-time role that offers clinical leadership, teamwork, and scheduling flexibility while making a meaningful impact on older adults' care, we'd love to hear from you.
