Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in McPherson, KS. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to impact the health and well-being of post-acute and long-term care patients.
You will work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

You will work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.
Highlights
- Part-time schedule: typically covering each facility 1-2 days per week
- No fixed daily start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
- Typical daily volume: 18-25 visits

Requirements
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
