Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality care to post-acute and long-term care patients across skilled nursing facilities in Twin City, Georgia, with additional opportunities in Bainbridge and Jesup. This part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician role offers flexible scheduling, clinical leadership, and partnership with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Nationwide openings also available in IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, and WI.

Position highlights
  • Part-time schedule: physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
  • No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities
  • Average daily volume: 18-25 visits
  • Flexible schedule to support work-life balance

Requirements
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
