Seeking a Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide clinical leadership and deliver patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities in Jesup, Georgia. Key Responsibilities
- Provide attending physician coverage at assigned skilled nursing facilities (typically 1-2 days per facility per week)
- Oversee and collaborate with NPs/PAs for assessments, treatment plans, and care coordination
- Conduct 18-25 patient visits per day
- Serve as clinical leader for facility-based medical care, documentation, and quality initiatives
- No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities

Qualifications
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
