OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director - Paramus Area, NJ 15 Miles from Manhattan
Opportunity Highlights:
• Facility Medical Director role leading an established OB/GYN hospitalist program
• Full-time schedule with six 24-hour in-house shifts per month
• Lead clinical quality initiatives and collaborate with hospital leadership
• No billing or coding responsibilities
• Practice at a 128-bed community hospital with strong administrative and clinical support
• Ideal for experienced OB/GYN hospitalists seeking a leadership opportunity
Compensation & Benefits:
• $378K-$433K total compensation (including Medical Director stipend)
• Up to $40K sign-on bonus and $25K relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits package with CME allowance
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage
Qualifications:
• Board Certified OB/GYN
• Prior OB hospitalist and/or leadership experience preferred
Community Highlights:
• Northern New Jersey location in the Paramus area, approximately 15 miles from Manhattan
