- Certifications: NRP, PALS, BLS (AHA or RQI)
- Other Qualifications: Epic Experience Required
- Provide coverage for Newborn Nursery, including attending high-risk deliveries and stabilizing newborns.
- Conduct emergency room consults for pediatric patients.
- Manage the Pediatric inpatient unit, overseeing patient care and treatment plans.
- Resuscitate and stabilize critically ill newborns pending transport to a higher-level NICU.
- Perform 24-hour call shifts, remaining accessible and able to return to the hospital within 20 minutes.
