What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, primarily focusing on newborn and outpatient visits
• Manage clinic operations and patient assessments during scheduled hours
• Participate in rotating call schedule, including weekends and nights
• Collaborate with an in-office support team, including dedicated medical staff and labs
• Utilize in-office CLIA waived testing and basic radiology services
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and hours worked

What You Need

• Valid Arizona medical license and current medical license
• Pediatric Board Certification (Highly Preferred)
• Proven experience in pediatric hospitalist or outpatient care
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
