Opportunity:

Physician - Hospitalist

Job Details:

Hospital medicine program expanding to cover private patients

On-site coverage during shifts including weekends and nights

No call required

Round on 20-24 patients per day

Daily census of approximately 50 patients with 12 daily admissions

Round in open ICU setting

Procedures and vent management required in conjunction with Pulmonology and Cardiology

Ability to perform procedures is welcomed though none are strictly required

Rural, community-based patient population with bread and butter internal medicine cases

No trauma center on site

100-bed facility with full support staff including Nursing, Case Management, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Lab, and more

Outpatient follow-up handled by community providers

New graduates are welcome to apply
