- Provide inpatient pediatric and neonatal hospitalist coverage, managing 80% NICU and 20% pediatric patients.
- Perform neonatal airway management including intubation, resuscitation, and management of air leak/pneumothorax.
- Perform emergent procedures such as UVC/UAC placement, lumbar puncture, and needle decompression.
- Manage neonatal ventilators and provide respiratory support as needed.
- Collaborate with ED and anesthesia for pediatric patients requiring chest tubes or intubations.
