• Full-time Med/Peds Hospitalist opportunity in Wenatchee, Washington
• Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Med/Peds physician
• Join a robust Hospitalist team with 36 physicians and 14 advanced practice providers
• Flexible scheduling model with a blend of Medicine and Pediatric shifts
• Day position for Medicine and 24-hour shifts for Pediatrics
• Semi-open ICU
• Additional shifts available if desired
• EMR: Epic
• Physician-owned and physician-led multi-specialty group environment

• Providers should value concise, compassionate communication with patients and families
Compensation & Recruitment Package:
• Salary range: $300,000 - $370,000
• Signing bonus
• Generous relocation package
• CME allowance of $10,000 bi-annually for full-time physicians
• Professional liability insurance provided
• Washington State medical license, county medical society dues, AMA dues, medical staff dues, and DEA license fees paid
• Total annual value of physician benefits package is more than $100,000
Job Qualifications:
• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Washington medical license or eligibility
• Ability to provide both adult hospital medicine and pediatric inpatient coverage
• Strong documentation skills and commitment to comprehensive patient records
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
