24-hr Support Services:

- Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Cath Lab, General Surgery, Lab, Neuro-Surgery, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology & Vascular Surgery.

Support Staff: Front office staff, dedicated medical assistant & dedicated office manager.

Required Procedures:

- IP with PICU, Attend C-sections/high risk

- Non-invasive vent mgmt (bipap/cpap)

- Ventilation mgmt (newborn): acute

- Intubation (ENT/INT): newborn

- Circumcision (type); preferred

Lab & X-ray Onsite: Yes in the hospital

Beds in the Dept: 8

Nursery Level: I

EMR: Athena (clinic), Medhost (hospital)

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active AZ License or IMLC

BC

PALS

Can cover both IP & OP

Must be experienced
