Hospitalist Physician

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Starting 11/13/2026, ongoing. Shifts begin at 6:30 AM, 24-hour call, all inclusive. Coverage needed December 24, 25, 26, and 27. Looking for a local drive-in provider.
• Job Setting: Inpatient - Pediatric Hospitalist (Call Only, In-House).
• Types of Cases: Pediatric hospitalist coverage; rounding on assigned patients (1-3 patients per shift); admissions required. Preferred skills include non-invasive ventilation management, newborn and pediatric ventilation management (acute and chronic), intubation (ETT/NT - newborn and pediatric), conscious and deep sedation, central lines, arterial lines, UVC, UAC, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis, chest tube insertion, needle pneumothorax decompression, X-ray interpretation, EKG interpretation, PA catheter, exchange transfusion, suturing minor lacerations, circumcision, and swallow studies.
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 35 days. Temporary privileges not available. Malpractice insurance provided by vendor.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required (Pediatrics).
• Certifications: PALS required.
• Licensure: Must be licensed in South Carolina only. IMLC not accepted.
