Credentialing Timeframe:
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
- Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift Timing: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Patient Volume: Approximately 20 Patients Per Day
- Practice Setting: Post-Acute & Ambulatory Care
- Settings Covered:
- Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
- Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Nursing Homes
- Ambulatory Clinics
- Hospitals
- EMR System: eClinicalWorks
- Procedures: None - Evaluation & Management only
- Weekend Coverage: Generally not required
- Call Coverage: Remote only
- Call Hours: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Average Overnight Calls: Approximately 30

Staffing Structure:
- Strong APP support model
- Physician onsite approximately 1 day/week per building
- NP/PA coverage 2 additional days/week
- Physician to APP support ratio approximately 1:1 to 1:1.5
Provider Requirements -
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified preferred
- DEA required
- Florida License preferred or ability to obtain quickly
- Post-Acute / SNF / ALF experience preferred
- Medical Director experience preferred
- Open to strong new graduates and recent residency graduates
