What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric inpatient care in a hospital setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans
  • Manage acute and chronic pediatric cases with a focus on family-centered care
  • Document patient progress and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
  • Assist in patient and family education regarding treatment plans
  • Participate in emergency response and code situations as needed
What You Need
  • Valid California medical license
  • NRP certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience
  • Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
