Hospitalist NP/PA Nocturnist Locum Opportunity Tennessee
Concord Physicians Solutions is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing Hospital Medicine Nocturnist locum assignment in Tennessee.
Position Details

• Role: Nocturnist NP/PA

• Telehealth: No
  
• Cross-credentialing required at an affiliated facility
  
• Dedicated NP/PA admitter support
  

Experience

• Two years of recent Hospitalist experience preferred
  
• New graduates may be considered depending on site needs
  
• Physician Assistants may require mentorship/proctorship based on experience
  

Nurse Practitioner Requirements

• Board Certified through AANP or ANCC
  
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  
• Active, unrestricted Tennessee RN license
  
• Active Tennessee NP license
  
• Tennessee DEA with Tennessee address
  
• Prescriptive Authority required
  
• ACLS required
  

Physician Assistant Requirements

• Board Certified through NCCPA
  
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  
• Active, unrestricted Tennessee medical license
  
• Active DEA with Tennessee address
  
• DEA Schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 & 5
  
• ACLS required
  

Credentialing Requirements

• MMR immunity documentation via vaccination records or titers
  
• Varicella immunity documentation via vaccination records or titers
  
• Two-step TB testing within the past 12 months
  
• Chest X-ray required with positive TB history
  
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold may be accepted per facility requirements
  
• Case logs from the previous two years required
