• Advanced Clinical Scope: Deliver collaborative, high-quality inpatient floor management across a diverse patient population:
  
  • Manage floor calls, shared inpatient admissions, and acute clinical changes
    
  • Respond to hospital codes and rapid-response calls
    
  • Oversee admissions and clinical care for general surgery, urology, hematology/oncology, and geriatric-fracture service lines
    
  • Enjoy a focused clinical scope with zero required invasive procedures and zero ICU coverage responsibilities
    
  • Streamline patient care using Epic EMR

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
We are seeking a proactive, patient-focused NP/PA dedicated to inpatient clinical excellence and seamless care coordination.

• Credentials & Certification: Certified NP/PA with specialized focus in Adult/Acute Care or Family Practice with relevant inpatient experience.
  
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania State Nurse Practitioner License.
  
• Experience: Inpatient Hospitalist experience strongly preferred; proven comfort managing floor calls, admissions, and rapid-response events.
  
• EMR Proficiency: Experience with Epic EMR is strongly preferred.
  
• Background: Clean credentialing file with no malpractice or adverse background history.
