Hospitalist job in Tulsa OK

System Medical Director for Hospital Medicine in Tulsa Oklahoma. You will provide leadership to all Hospital Medicine Medical Directors at multiple hospital sites within the hospital system. You will collaborate with the Regional APP Director, Medical Director nursing leadership, hospital medical staff and hospital admin. You will be accountable for key performance metrics and creating an inclusive work environment. Provide performance coaching, recognition and career guidance to site leads.

Total Compensation to exceed $450,000.
Total Ownership Equity to exceed $150,000.
10% 401k contribution from employer.
This is a position to be worked in conjunction with clinical duties. This site limits the System Med Dir to 60 hours of clinical shifts per month. The expectation is that they are working administratively Monday -Friday business hours on site when not working clinically
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area and overnight travel may be expected. Attendance at Leadership Forums is mandatory
Must be ABIM or ABFM.
