This regional medical center serves as a comprehensive healthcare hub for the Lake Havasu City community, offering a wide range of support services including 24-hour availability of anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, radiology, and more. The facility features an 8-bed department and maintains a Level 3 trauma designation, providing a well-supported environment for pediatric care professionals.

Physician - Hospitalist - Pediatrics, Pediatrics

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens assignment beginning 5/9/2026 on an ongoing basis
• Pediatric Board Certification highly preferred; board certification required
• Must hold an active AZ license or IMLC
• Fixed clinic schedule: Monday-Thursday and ; Friday
• Call coverage required approximately 10 days per month, predominately newborn care, on a rotating schedule with a local provider
• Coverage schedule includes a combination of: Clinic Only, Clinic + Call, and Call Only on weekends
• Clinic resources include CLIA Waived testing in office, dedicated medical assistant, dedicated office manager, front office staff, and access to higher-level lab and X-ray at the hospital
• Full-time local in-office pediatrician available for support
• Pediatric inpatient care required; Nursery Level I care required
• Must be able to attend C-sections and high-risk situations
• Non-invasive ventilation management (BiPAP/CPAP) required
• Newborn intubation required
• Ventilation management (newborn) - acute required
• Circumcision required
• PALS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
