Physician - Pediatric Hospitalist

Job Details:

• Permanent, full-time Pediatric Hospitalist position available immediately
• Board certification required with a credentialing timeframe of 90-120 days
• NRP, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required
• Perform newborn and pediatric intubation (ETT/NT) as a required skill
• Placement and management of central lines and umbilical venous catheters (UVC) required
• Needle pneumothorax decompression required
• EKG interpretation required
• Preferred skills include ventilation management for both newborn and pediatric patients (acute and chronic)
• Preferred skills include arterial lines, UAC placement, lumbar puncture, chest tube insertion, and X-ray interpretation
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain required
