- Start: 12/8; anticipated duration 1 year
- Shifts: 7 on / 7 off, 7:00a-7:00p (days). VMS notes days-only; another section lists both day and night shifts (7:00a-7:00p, 7:00p-7:00a)-please confirm night coverage.
- No call
- Hospital profile: 532-bed, highly specialized center (STEMI/Stroke/TCT/Complex Cardiac), ICU, GME teaching program; well-staffed with all subspecialties
- EMR: Meditech with Expanse
- Patient load: 20-22 rounding patients/provider daily; hospitalist service census 370; hospitalists cover 75% of inpatient census
- Rounding in ICU; procedures and ventilator management not required (covered by intensivists)
- Consults: Dedicated consulting physician sees 12-20/day
- Certifications: FL license, DEA
- Emergency/temporary privileges available; case logs per credentialing; client may wait for license
