JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: NCCPA Board Certified
- Licenses: Active Vermont License (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hospitalist inpatient adult medicine experience
- Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice history; NPDB report required within 30 days of offer
- Respond to codes and rapid responses
- Manage adult inpatient and observation patients
- Provide care for step-down level patients
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team (ED, surgery, case management) for patient care and discharge
- Stabilize critically ill patients and arrange transfer to tertiary care as needed
