Physician Assistant - Hospitalist
Location: VA
Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
Position Overview
Provide inpatient hospital medicine advanced practice coverage in a regional referral facility / Level II trauma center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inpatient hospital medicine coverage on a day schedule (7:00 AM-7:00 PM)
Work within an established hospital medicine coverage model alongside physicians
Document care using Epic EMR
Required Qualifications
NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant
Active Virginia PA license
Active DEA registration
Minimum 2 years of hospital medicine experience
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Practice Details
Setting: inpatient
EMR: Epic
Trauma designation: Level II
Benefits
Malpractice insurance coverage
Weekly electronic pay
Refer and earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.
