Pay & Benefits

• Compensation:
  • Base Salary options:
    • $296,400 (0.71 FTE) + bonus incentives
    • $328,320 (0.78 FTE) + bonus incentives
  • Additional pay for extra clinical hours: $190/hour

What You ll Do

• Provide 24-hour in-house obstetric hospitalist coverage in a high-acuity setting
• Manage OB triage for unassigned patients and private physicians
• Respond to obstetric patient transports ( 5-6/month)
• Assist with cesarean sections (average 0-3 cases) and assist in 1-2 cases
• Conduct inpatient postpartum rounding and shared antepartum rounding with maternal-fetal medicine specialists
• Perform gynecologic emergency evaluations and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team supported by Level III NICU, 24/7 neonatal, pediatric, anesthesia, and GYN surgical support
• Deliver comprehensive obstetric care within a collaborative hospital environment

What You Need
Required:

• Medical Degree and valid unrestricted medical license in California
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN
• Residency training in OB-GYN
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital setting

Preferred:

• Experience in inpatient obstetrics and gynecology
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
