What You ll Do Provide OB-GYN hospitalist services including triage, labor management, and surgeries Manage obstetric and gynecological emergencies Oversee inpatient consults and deliveries in a Level II NICU environment Collaborate closely with community OB/GYN providers and hospital nursing staff Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical workflows for the new program Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives What You Need Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and effective team collaboration Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills About the Assignment Be part of the launch team for a new OB-GYN Hospitalist program at a reputable hospital in Redwood City, CA.
