Hospitalist Physician Assistant

APP - Hospitalist opening in Burlington, MA Full-Time Rotating Days, Swings, and Nights Tertiary Care SettingA tertiary care hospital in the Greater Boston area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Hospital Medicine team.Opportunity Highlights:

• Hospital Medicine APP role in a 370-bed tertiary care facility
• Work one-on-one with physicians in a collaborative inpatient setting
• Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, and inpatient cross-coverage
• Assess and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Develop treatment plans and counsel patients and families
• Rotating schedule includes days, swing shifts, and nights
• New 43-bed Emergency Department with Level I Trauma Center designation
• No telemedicine
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary range: $133,120 - $215,000
• Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview process
Candidate Requirements:
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• 1+ year of APP experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or a related field
• ACLS certification required
• Nurse Practitioners must be graduates of a Master's Program in Nursing
• Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification required for NP candidates
• Physician Assistants must be graduates of an accredited PA program
• NCCPA board registration or certification required for PA candidates
• Massachusetts license or eligibility
