Pediatric Hospitalist / Newborn Nursery Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in CT Full-Time or Part-Time 100% Inpatient 24-Hour Shifts No CallA collaborative, patient-centered inpatient pediatric and newborn nursery team in Connecticut is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support newborn care, pediatric consults, and nursery coverage.Opportunity Highlights:
  • Pediatric Hospitalist / Newborn Nursery APP role
  • 100% inpatient setting
  • Responsibilities include rounding on newborns, attending scheduled and emergent C-sections, managing phototherapy, and stabilizing newborns for transport
  • Occasional pediatric consults to the Emergency Department or inpatient floors
  • 24/7 neonatology support available
  • Full-time or part-time options available

  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Physician Assistant, Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Connecticut license or eligibility
  • 1+ years of experience in inpatient pediatrics, pediatric hospitalist medicine, or newborn nursery setting required
  • Experience attending C-sections, managing newborn care, or stabilizing newborns preferred
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills
