APP HOSPITALIST NIGHTS 7 ON / 7 OFF

Delphi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a hospitalist team in Lewis County, NY. This is a 7-on/7-off night schedule with consistent block scheduling.

Position Details

• Schedule: 7 nights on / 7 nights off
• Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Setting: Hospital-based
• Employment: W-2
• EHR: Meditech
• Hospitalist team with physician support
• Consistent, predictable schedule

What We're Looking For

• Active NY NP or PA license
• Hospitalist, inpatient, or acute-care experience preferred
• Comfortable managing patients independently during overnight hours
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work a 7-on/7-off schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate
• $25,000 FEA for eligible full-time W-2 providers

• Consistent full-time schedule
