Job Details
Locums - Nocturnist Holiday coverage - eastern North CarolinaClinical Role:
- Night Shifts 7p-7a
- December 25 thru 29 ending 7a on December 30
- Paid Orientation required prior to first shift
- Future shifts may becone available
- Average number of patients per day per provider is 15
- Day shift providers rotate admissions; average number of admissions for day shift provider is 2-3
- Average number of admissions per provider on night shifts is 4-6
- Rounding in ICU required; management of vent patients preferred but no procedures required
- Critical Care physician on-site during morning hours; tele-ICU available during afternoon hours and weekends
- Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Active North Carolina license and DEA required
- ACLS required and must be thru AHA
- Epic for EMR
- Facility is 200 beds
