Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Opportunity overview
Provide clinical leadership and attend to patients in local skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and long-term care patients, oversee care plans, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Schedules and duties

• Full-time and PRN positions available.
• Typical coverage: each facility 1-2 days per week.
• No fixed daily start/end times, no overnight shifts, no on-call.
• Average patient volume: 18-25 visits per day.
• Company provides iPad with LTE for documentation.
• New graduates who are board-eligible and pursuing licensure may apply.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
