We're a physician-owned and physician-led group, 15 years strong, practicing in 46 states and still growing. Our APPs support patients in the acute rehab setting, providing a mixture of medical management and physiatry care. We are looking for someone to join our team in Lake Fort Worth, FL!
Compensation
• $65,000 $110,000 base
• Additional call pay

• Work 3 weekends per month or every other weekend

• Experience Preferred
Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
