Hospitalist Physician Assistant

We are seekingcompassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate aboutimproving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative,team-based environment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time and PRNopportunities with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnightresponsibilities
• Provide patient-centeredprimary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct daily rounds, manageacute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Collaborate with nursingstaff and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document efficiently using astreamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPadwith LTE
• Access UpToDate forreal-time clinical guidance

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board Certification (ANCC,AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Skilled nursing, long-termcare, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
• Ability to workindependently while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, andinterdisciplinary teams
