Hospitalist Physician

Locums Hospitalist/Nocturnist coverage in Tennessee with nights only, no call, in a large tertiary care inpatient setting with multiple physicians on overnight. Open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physicians.

Highlights

• Nights only coverage, 7p to 7a; Dec 19-31 with ongoing shifts into 2027
• No call requirements
• Three physicians on at night, strong in house support
• Open to IMLC physicians with an active LOQ, will wait for license

Practice Setting

• Inpatient hospitalist service at a 642 bed tertiary care facility
• Adult patient population, open ICU model with 92 adult ICU beds
• Admits and rounding, typical inpatient mix, LTACH onsite
• High volume environment, 100K plus annual ER visits

Schedule

• Nights only, scheduled 7p to 7a
• No call
• Coverage need starting December 2026

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Tennessee license required, or IMLC with active LOQ
• ACLS, ATLS, and DEA required
