- Provide comprehensive hospitalist care including admissions, rounding, and discharges.
- Manage day and night shifts as part of a 7-on/7-off block schedule.
- Perform patient encounters and manage average 66 patients per 24-hour period.
- Handle nocturnist duties including admitting 7-9 patients per night.
- Collaborate with ICU and other departments as needed.
