Internal Medicine Hospitalist – Live & Practice on California’s Central Coast | Santa Barbara, CA

Sansum Santa Barbara Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our collaborative inpatient team in beautiful Santa Barbara, California.

This is an opportunity to practice within a physician-led, multispecialty organization with strong specialist support, seamless care coordination, and a shared commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

The position follows a hybrid hospitalist model averaging 12 shifts per month, including approximately 7 day shifts and 5 night shifts. There is no traditional call responsibility, with coverage provided through scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Eligible for California medical licensure

• Current or eligible DEA certification

• Eligible to work in the United States
