Hospitalist job in Conway NH

Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician needed for facility-based inpatient/post-acute care in North Conway, New Hampshire. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule (9:00 AM-5:00 PM), no weekends, no call. Part-time and PRN opportunities also available. Additional openings in Hyannis, MA; Burlington and St. Albans, VT.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inpatient/post-acute care at assigned facility(ies)
• Manage medically complex patients and coordinate transitions of care
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care management teams
• Build longitudinal relationships with patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement and documentation requirements

Schedule and practice model

• Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM; no weekends; no call
• Facility-based practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy and strong support
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available
• Travel between assigned facilities as needed

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed base compensation: $200,000-$500,000+; most full-time physicians earn $300,000-$500,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
• Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility for licensure; DEA registration or eligibility
• Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
